EAST WINDSOR TOWNSHIP, NJ (MERCER)—Mayor Janice S.             Mayor Mironov acknowledged, “This certification acknowledges the Township’s pro-active efforts in neighborhood partnerships and outreach, composting and recycling, emergency administration, pure useful resource and farmland preservation, sustainable land use practices, power conservation, and moreover permits East Windsor Township to be eligible for future grants and funding alternatives.  We’re extraordinarily happy with the substantial achievements of our municipality and this prestigious statewide recognition, and the devoted efforts of our many volunteers.” Mayor Mironov added, “‘Inexperienced’ packages similar to open house and farmland preservation and tree alternative efforts have at all times been a precedence of East Windsor Township.  We respect the chance to exhibit our degree of accomplishment with Sustainable Jersey, and we’re honored to be recertified as a statewide Silver Degree municipality.”
